PACA Welcomes New Board of Directors at Annual Meeting

The Pennsylvania Aggregates and Concrete Association (PACA), the leading voice for the crushed stone, ready mixed concrete, sand and gravel, and cement industries in Pennsylvania, today announced its new board of directors elected at the association's annual meeting. 

Jamie Stilley, president of Amerikohl Aggregates Inc., was elected as chairperson of the PACA Board of Directors. Travis Rohrer, president and CEO of Rohrer’s Inc., was elected as vice chairman, and Jonathan Kolbe, executive vice president of operations with Allegheny Mineral Corporation, was elected as secretary/treasurer.

Additionally, the following members were elected to the board: 

  • Richard Rohrssen - Greer Industries
  • Jay Mizack - Heidelberg Materials
  • Jason Blasé - Conewago Ready Mix
  • Christian Bononi - Holcim US
  • Jonathan Byler - Byler Materials Group
  • Mike Gentoso - Stavola Companies
  • Bob Housel - Masters RMC
  • John Kibblehouse - H&K Group

“I am honored to step into the role as board chairperson for PACA,” said Stilley. “I’m excited about the opportunities ahead working alongside such a dedicated and talented group of leaders. Together, we will build on the strong foundation already in place and work toward an even more impactful future.”

PACA’s annual meeting took place Nov. 18-19 in Hershey. The event included two keynote addresses on AI and mental health, discussion on the 2024 election results, breakout sessions, the Emerging Leaders Academy's Class of 2024 capstone project and graduation, and the Honors Program ceremonies. It was the second highest attended annual meeting in the history of the organization.
