PACA has two categories of membership. Note that PACA memberships are corporate - your company is the member and all employees of your company benefit from membership in PACA.
As outlined in PACA's Bylaws, an Active Member shall be any person, firm or corporation selling or producing mined mineral aggregates including sand, gravel and stone and manufactured aggregates from mineral aggregates including recycled concrete, selling or manufacturing Portland cement or Portland cement concrete products in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Associate members have an interest in the industries represented by PACA, but aren't actively engaged in the extractive industry within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, selling and/or producing aggregates products, or selling and/or manufacturing Portland cement or Portland cement concrete products in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Individuals, firms or corporations exclusively involved in the business of placement, finishing and/or treatment of ready mixed concrete can also qualify for an Associate membership.
