BREAKFAST FUNDRAISER SLATED FOR GUBERNATORIAL CANDIDATE JOE HOEFFEL
Mr. Hoeffel is the only gubernatorial candidate to date since the departure of Congressman Gerlach from the race to speak openly about the need for a long-term sustained transportation infrastructure investment in the Commonwealth. As recently as January 31st during a debate by the Democratic gubernatorial candidates in Pittsburgh, Mr. Hoeffel publicly stated that he would increase user fees and gas taxes to double the funding for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
