Meeting Attendee Profile
Annual Meeting attendees are typically the upper management of aggregate and concrete producing companies, as well as the sales forces and management of associate members of the association and representatives from concrete contractor companies.
Meeting Attire
Business attire applies, although ties are not necessary during business sessions. Jacket and tie are recommended for dinner functions. If attending any dinner functions in the Hotel Hershey Circular Dining Room, jacket and tie are required.
Meeting Cancellation Policy
All meeting cancellations should be made via email to kallie@pacaweb.org. Any meeting cancellations made prior to the meeting cancellation deadline, will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER THAT DATE. Substitutions for registrations may be made by emailing kallie@pacaweb.org.
